Forklift Trailer Jacks Prevent Front End Collapse
Management must make sure that forklift operators do not enter an unattached trailer (where the trailer is no longer attached to the tractor) on a forklift without first securing the front of the trailer with a support jack. This is to prevent rear end lift or landing gear collapse which may cause serious injuries to the forklift operator.
